# Bodymind Counselling
> Bodymind Counselling offers compassionate individual and couples counselling and psychotherapy in downtown Victoria, BC, and online throughout British Columbia. Our team of Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCCs) and supervised master's-level student counsellors use a holistic, body-centred approach that goes beyond talk therapy to help clients reconnect with their nervous system, emotions, and lived experience. We are currently accepting new clients. Evening and weekend appointments are available.
